The Morning Star Awards Science Fiction Literature Award is presented in Shenzhen, and the SGF is launched to launch the Morning Star Academy

On the afternoon of November 9th, the award ceremony of the 2019 Morning Star Awards  Chinese Original Science Fiction Literature Contests was held at Shenzhen University, and the fifth Morning Star Science Fiction Literature Award finally settled. 14-year-old boy Wu Yihe's adaptation of Liu Cixin's work "Chinese Sun" won the Best Science Fiction Script Gold Award.

Zhang Zhiping, member of the Party Group and Vice Chairman of the Shenzhen Association for Science and Technology, Li Yonghua, Vice President of Shenzhen University, Qiu Gan, Deputy Director of the Office of the Shenzhen Reading Month Organizing Committee and Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Publishing Group, Wang Jinkang, a Chinese science fiction expert and literary director of the Science & Fantasy Growth Foundation, Yin Minghua, Vice Chairman of the Nanshan District Association for Science and Technology, and famous science fiction writer and critic Wu Yan attended the award ceremony.

After launching numerous well-known projects in the science fiction circle, such as the Morning Star Science Fiction Literature Award, Art Award, Industrial Competition, Science Fiction Art Masters Exhibition, Science Fiction Concert, and Science Popularization China's "Futurist Talk" interview program, in 2019, the Sino French exchange project "Jules Project" launched by the Science & Fantasy Growth Foundation and the Morning Star Cup World University Debate Tour once again became popular nationwide and became "internet celebrity" level activities at the China Science Fiction Conference of the National Association for Science and Technology.

Ma Guobin, the initiator of the Science & Fantasy Growth Foundation, stated that in 2020, the fund will launch the "Morning Star Academy" and establish a strategic cooperation with the world's largest science fiction magazine "Science Fiction World" to explore new models, build a science fiction center in the Bay Area, further improve the original funding and selection models, develop science fiction open courses, and provide a better growth soil for incubating science fiction talents and projects. At the same time, we will make some attempts in science fiction imagination education. We will provide some science fiction story authorizations to graduates from some universities specializing in film production and animation for free every year to design their graduation works and provide guidance services for science fiction settings
